Inspirational Droplets - The Ellen DeGeneres Show WikiEllen DeGeneres is one of the many personalities in Hollywood that brings inspiration to every one. Through her talk show and other works, she sends a positive energy to all. It can be called a dance of love, joy, happiness, honesty, humility, peace and kindness. The audience feel the positive vibe, which is also within them as well. The dance just moves --back and forth with no beginning nor end. It just flows in every present moment.

"What one gives whole heartedly, it returns back a thousand fold." Ka-ka-kaaaaaaaa~. This is the gift of life. It is an abundance of goodness that is here for us to see and experience.

This 21st century, an evolution of human beings is happening. Mankind is awakening to his/her soul consciousness. That man is truly kind. Goodness is within us. We already knew our human part (physical/material/external). Now, we are getting to know more about what is within us. That is our being-ness (our spiritual part) and getting in touch with that core of our true selves.

This page is created to create space to be inspired, to be changed in how one perceives things and situations, to be grateful for each moment and to experience the oneness in all. Let's tap into the dance of life.



Inspiration Meditation Exercise:
Wherever you are you can do this simple exercise to bring awareness of Presence, which is Now here. This is an awakening exercise that focuses on what is within. "As with in, so with out."
Whether you are standing or sitting right now, it does not matter. You may close your eyes (if it is safe to do so). Keep your back straight and relaxed. At this very moment, focus your attention to your breath. Ask yourself, "Am I breathing? Am I in spirit (inspiring)?" Feel the breath of air moving in and out of your body --starting with your nose and towards your lungs. Feel the rise and fall of your abdomen. Feel your shoulders as well rising and falling. Do not change the pattern of your breathing. Just be there to observe as well experience inspiration. Notice the breath becoming deeper as you become fully aware of it. While you are focusing on your breath, feel your heart (area) as well. Feel the sensations in your heart. You may feel coolness in your heart/chest (this is an opening of your heart chakra). And go to all the parts of your body and feel its aliveness. You may feel tingling sensations all over your body. Experience all of this simultaneously --breathing and sensations all over your body. Enjoy.

[If emotions arise in doing this, just be with the emotion (example: sadness, anger, grief or laughter, etc.). Let the emotion flow, do not change it. Just be with the emotions and deal with it at this very present moment. If stories come with the emotions, know that without the stories in your head, emotions are just emotions. If you get lost in thoughts while doing this exercise, the moment you become aware that you get lost in thoughts, you are back in the present moment, focus your attention within again.]

Recommended: Practice this exercise every day in about 10-15 minutes.
The Power of "KA"
In her monologues, Ellen says this funny word "KA" many times like "Ka-ka-kaaaaaa or kaa-kaaa" to the audience and she'll usually add "Back at you!" Probably, Ellen has no idea in the world about what "KA" means. However, we feel "KA" the positive vibe even in our homes (as home audiences) that the show brings and Ellen brings.
"KA" is an ancient Egyptian word that means "pass without pain and pass without sorrow into the plane where eternal light is" or simply "the life force." The life force is the difference between a living and a dead person. Death occurs when "ka" leaves the body. The Egyptians believed that the "ka" was sustained through food and drink; thus, food and drinks were presented to the dead.

"KA" is actually within all. It cannot be seen but it can be felt. It is the larger YOU, the divine, the light in you.

"KA" Exercise:
Sit or lie down comfortably in spot whether you are in your office, room or car. Make sure your back is straight. Relax your body. Be aware of your breath and breathing process. Focus your thoughts on the word "Ka" and feel free to say "Ka" as you breath in and out.

Recommended: One full breath cycle and "KA" any time especially if you are feeling stressed/worried or negativity can be felt around you or in your ego. Awake to your "KA."

lol..there's a message hidden in between those lines above..and you have to guess it..nah, just kidding..lol

okay, this thread is about the "Secret" or "Law of Attraction." I do believe that the "Secret" really does work. When I was in high school, I just focused on the thoughts of being at the top of our class. It really seemed so hard because I know that most of my classmates and some of the "geniuses" are in the same class/section as mine...but then, with the power of thoughts of "being on top 1" just to prove to myself that I can be top 1 and of course, I did my part as a student as well (just like in my previous student years), I was able to make it! it's just funny..and then, after making it to the top, i did not mind afterwards if i'm top 1 again in the next semester/quarter lol..I just have proven to myself, yes, I can be what I put my mind into, if I have concentration and believe that it's just possible.. then, another time again in nursing school, I was having a rough time and failed some of my exams and I was just so focused on the thoughts that I will pass (and I prayed for God's help too) and then, I passed and graduated...

I'm currently reading this book by Dr. Dyer. It is very inspiring and it gives pointers on how we can be inspired each moment. And I read this part about a penny and abundance. Oh yes, it changes the way I think about a penny. I always see a penny and sometimes, I don't pick it up. But now, it's different. I pick it up and I am thankful for life/universe/God's generosity and for showing abundance to me. And I start collecting pennies and coins and will give them to the needy... and I am urging you to do as well as you wish.

Anyone here has ever tried to meditate? this reminds me of Ellen's old American express commercial. Ellen's jokes/stand up comedy is actually spiritual eventhough they're darn funny..anyone has watched "Here & Now" or "The Beginning"? :)
