Flat Ellen
The other day I received a "Flat Stanley" from my sweet nephew asking me to help him with his school project. It brought back great memories of doing this years ago with my sons. You all know Flat Stanley, right?
Just wondering how we could do a "Flat Ellen" project where we sent our own Flat Ellen around the USA and then deliver (mail) it to her at the Studio with photos of all the places Flat Ellen has been on her journey. I was looking for a picture of that great costume someone recently sent Ellen thinking that would make a good Flat Ellen but I can't find one.
If you find a good full-body picture of Ellen, please post it in the Photo Gallery.
We have to work out the logistics of getting Flat Ellen across the USA (or around the world) while maintaining some semblence of security (i.e. not giving out home addresses) since this is the internet.
Anyone want to participate if we can figure this out???

Flat Ellen Pictures
I know everyone's busy but please don't forget to post your Flat Ellen photos and send the "hard copies" to me to include in the package going to real Ellen in the fall. If you made any special clothes and/or accessories, please send them, too, for the suitcase.

Regarding your question about how long FE's trip is going to last, I mentioned somewhere here that I thought it would be best if she just travelled throughout the US for the summer so that the whole package could be sent to Real Ellen when the show returns from summer hiatus in the fall. Bottom line -- she'll travel during June, July and August." ok, thanks for the info MV. It's hard to know what's going on still, I just know I am glad to be able to be a part of something special for Ellen. Maybe all those who want to participate could let you know when they are available and you could set FE's itinery for the summer. I will go ahead and change my date, but really it would be easier if you just coordinated when and where and how FE will travel so that the overall finished project can match your original vision for the whole idea. I just think the whole Flat Ellen idea is brill. I will get in touch with human for now and watch for your posts about what you see as the plan at this point. Thanks for the info. Have a great day...its HOT in California, so when FE comes here (human and I may take her around SF together..I'm crossing my toes.) we're going to need some serious FE sunscreen and a hat, a bit hat..haha and NOTHING around her neck.. I'm going to the Ellen DeGeneres Show and I'm going to bring...
Alright, I think we've all played this game. If not, it's simple...
We're making an alphabetical list of things we're bringing to the show. The only rules are you must go in alphabetical order and list all the items posted before yours. In other words, if you are doing the letter G, you also have to list the items for the letters A through F. This version is easier than usual, but will get trickier as the list gets longer. Be creative, bring whatever you want!

Next Season TEDS, what are your ideas for the show?
Since this wiki started back in March, there have been lots of Show Ideas posted. In fact, there is a whole section called "Show Ideas". Some of the ones I remember off the top of my head are:
Ellen Cleans America -- an expanded version of Ellen's vaccuuming during the Academy Awards
Life Swap -- Ellen switches lives one day with a viewer. For instance, Ellen and I could swap and she could be a soccer mom of 2 teenage boys, PTA President and I could host a TV show! Luckily she wouldn't have to cook 'cause I avoid it at all costs :)
Spotlight on Unique Collections -- I think it is David Arquette who has a great collection of antique toys. There are lots of other cool collections out there that would be fun to see highlighted.
Roller Coasters -- Since Ellen loves roller coasters, she could visit some of the best around the USA (like Sandusky, OH).
RV Road Trip -- Ellen could send some viewers on an RV road trip across the USA and visit some interesting and unusual sites along the way.
Wiki Wonderland -- Members of the wiki could be invited to one of the 12 days of Christmas shows and wear white "wiki" t-shirts and fill the audience. :)
New Ideas:
A segment about the move to the new studio at Warner Bros. - there must have been some funny moments along the way :)
Flat Ellen -- Once Flat Ellen has returned from her summer vacation, perhaps she could visit Ellen for the ultimate Flat Ellen photo -- on the set with Real Ellen.

"Hey, Guess what? I just relized that I can look at your profile and know a little more about you. Boy am I slow. I have to figure out how to put the pictures on and everything. I am still learning a lot. You look like a lovely young lady with a lot of life in you. What I could see of the moutains it is beautiful too. It live outside of Pittsburgh Pennsylvianna in the US. We are in the foot hills of the mountains. People around here forget about that and think we just live on hills. Kids around here don't even realize that we are in the beginnnigs of the mountains. How dumb are we. Once I can figure more out about posting pictures and things I have to post a Picture of Lance, my dogs and more of my family. Again you are a beautiful young lady. My mother was a beautiful dark haired Italian. I am not as beautiful as she was. Right now I am just trying to take off weight, walk, eye surgery coming up. I hope by the end of summer I have some of these problems ended.
The foal is so beautiful. She is a cute as a button. I wish I could put my arms around her. I had always dreamed of being able to ride, but never had. As a child my friends and I would pretend to ride horses or even pretend we were horses, running around like fools. Make believe was great. I wish you could come here to the states and see our mountains. Well I am running out of characters again. Have a great day. You add em and you "adjuste" em,making them smaller or bigger,as you prefer,to make your profile the best you can.Don't forget ,at the end of everything,to click on "save" or all your work will go amiss = ) i tell you this cos it happened to me = )

I LOVE MOUNTAINS!!!in those pics we were in North Italy,in a place called Sestriere,where even winter Olimpics Games have been played.My cousin's family got a house over there.It's like a hotel-flat that they have in particular periods of the year.
We have a house on mountains too,on Appenninies.They're a mountain chain and we got our house on that part which is between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna.My grandmother (dad's mom) was born over there!and we always have had a house in that lil village=) just few houses and a restaurant.Everybody knows everydoby and we're all,more or less,related= )
I'd loooove to see pics of you,your dogs and...Lance!!!!!!!!!!!= ) c'mon,learn how do that and let me see!!! ; )
